PARTICIPATION and PAYMENT

The Congress will be held at Burdur Mehmet Akif Ersoy University.

The 3rd International Congress of 21st Century Educational Research will be held on April 25-27, 2025, with options for Virtual Presentation or Face-to-Face Participation.

You can participate in our congress by presenting your work as a paper. Participants who will present a paper can complete their registration by making their payments through the same system after submitting their work through the paper submission system.

All participants attending the congress are required to pay the registration fee.

Papers without paid registration fees will not be included in the program.

Registration Fees:

Standard Registration (Feb 15 – Apr 10) 100 euro 125 euro
Late Registration (After Apr 10) 125 euro 150 euro

 

*VAT is included in the participation fees.

*Each registered presenting participant is entitled to present one paper. Participants who wish to present two or more papers must pay an additional paper fee for each additional paper.

*Co-authors can benefit from congress amenities (certificate, name badge, lunch, etc.) if they pay the registration fee through the registration system.

*Students attending our congress as face-to-face audience members can participate free of charge.

* Registration is not required for the audience participation.  Congress facilities (certificate, name badge, lunch, etc.) are not included in audience participation.

Scientific Content and Publication

  • Publication of up to two papers per registered participant in the congress proceedings

  • Participation in social programs (Social program is not included in the congress fee and requires additional payment. See Social program)
